Sorry For the Delay Folks!

Evident by the delay in posts, it has taken some time to get back into our routine. Graylon adapted well to Florida life. He fussed a little on the way down during our overnight stay in Tifton, but once we got to the beach house he settled in. As the week went on, he broke out several new beach outfits and fit in perfectly with the group. Near the end of the trip Graylon got his first touch of beach sand. He made some wonderful pictures. Our trip was capped by going to the rehearsal dinner and wedding of Alissa and Brent Hudson. Their wedding was beautiful, and they really know how to throw good parties. It was good to see even more friends in such a fun setting. The trip was a blast and went by super fast as always. We made the trip home without any kind of stopover. Like a trooper though, Gray pushed through, and we are now resting comfortably at home. It's amazing to lay him on his changing table or other seats that he hasn't used in a week. He has truly grown so much in just the one week! Here are a few more pictures. Tomorrow is Gray's two month birthday. Mommy has already called dibs on tomorrow's post, so everyone make sure to tune in. Talk to you all soon.

World famous and never duplicated: The Concerned Face of Mr. Graylon Michael LaBarbera

Graylon was awake during his first sand touch. The sun was just very bright that day.

He wasn't THAT thrilled with his first trip in the pool. I'm sure it's just a phase.

Jon hogging his son's shade. All we had to do was dare Jon to do this. He's so gullible.

Ms. Ashley gettin' a little Gray love.

Averie and Kelly teaming up to feed little Gray.

Ashley got matching outfits for the kids. Gray, Henry, and Averie take postcard perfect pictures don't' they?

The Hudson's arriving at their reception. Alissa is an avid blog follower. Congratulations you two.

If this picture is any kind of indication, I'd say Graylon enjoyed his first trip to the beach.

I sure miss holding my precious little baby Gray. After spending a week with him every day it is very tough getting back to reality without him around....Heather/Mike - I miss you too! Love Grandma Sharon
