What if after all these 101 years of no World Series for the Cubs, Graylon comes along and single-handedly crushes the curse? Well that's his plan. Gray is currently enjoying his first Cubs game. He's actually in his pack-n-play, but I swear I saw him fist pump when Soriano led off the game with a homer. Also, he asked me to go get his hat so he could wear it during his first game. He looked so comfortable in it.
Earlier in the day he welcomed another visitor. Former assistant women's basketball coach at UGA and friend, Brenda Hill, paid us a visit early this afternoon. She brought us a gigantic size box of diapers and a gigantic box of wipes. She is pictured below holding Baby Gray. Also yesterday, we had visitors in the form of the VanNess family. I used to work with Eric, and he brought his wife Jenny, and son Austin. Having a son of their own, Eric and Jenny were very helpful and gave plenty of tips. They escaped their visit, however, without getting there picture made. It was good to see them.
We go to the doctor's office tomorrow to once again follow up on a full jaundice recovery. All seems to be well, but we are eager to once again see how much weight he's gained. We've been told that week 3 usually comes with a growth spurt, so we are bracing ourselves for more activity, more eating, and lots of changes. I'll try and capture them all and post them here.

Graylon is a CUB Fan! He looks great in the CUB Cap, and bib. Thx Gray for helping the CUBS Win their opener against the stros. Can't wait for the day that we get to visit the friendly confines together. It will be sooooooo special. Let's get number 2 tonight Gray. I love you...POP
